The central topic of the review is the relations between Azerbaijan
and Turkey in the field of energy, geopolitics and economics. Turkey's
policy in the Caspian region and, in particular, bilateral relations with Azerbaijan are considered. The topic of Nagorny Karabakh, settlement of disputes
with Turkmenistan in the Caspian Sea and the role of Azerbaijan and Turkey
as a resource base and transport and logistics hub is also raised.
