The author explores the concept of “Islam” in the article
from the point of view of philosophical, cognitive, logical
semantics and applied lexicography as an object of theoretical
linguistics. The meaning of knowledge and reason in the concept
of “Islam” are studied by him in terms of linguistic parameters.
