This article examines the significance and role of the
rights of children in Islam, which are interpreted in the work of
Muhammad ibn Mahmud Ben Hussein Majuddin Al-Ustrushan
“Jami’ aḥkam al-ṣighаr” (“Rights of minor children”), their peculiar
properties, socio-economic, cultural educational background.
