This article deals with the life and scientific heritage of
Alauddin al-Usmandi as-Samarkandi, as well as his role in the
development of the Mawerannahr Kalam School. There is information
about the works of the scientist, as well as copies of the manuscript that
are currently stored in world funds. In addition, there is historical
evidence that the scholar, who was buried at the “Usmat Ota” shrine in
Bakhmal district today, is Alauddin al-Usmandi.
