The article is devoted to the activities of the Sultan
Qaboos (1970–2020). The Sultan of Oman made a unique contribution
to the development of this country. In addition, the neutrality in foreign
policy, which Oman adhered to during his reign, helped to establish
relations with neighboring countries and become a mediator in conflict
situations.
