Relations of the States of the Middle East with Japan

Abstract

The article analyzes the relations of the states of the Middle and Far East with Japan. It provides a brief historic overview of interstate relations, and also discusses the reasons for Japan's activity in this region. As stated in the article, Japan is concerned about the seamless import of energy resources from these countries. In addition, in cooperation with the US, Japan is pursuing an active foreign policy regarding the countries in the region to counterbalance China.
