The article examines employment of Muslim migrants in Russia, discussing the problems they face during the SMO and Western sanctions. Special attention is paid to the education and qualifications of migrants. Problems and future of educational migration are also outlined. The article also considers typology and state regulation of migration, as well as the attitude of Muslim religious organizations to the adaptation and integration of migrants into Russian society.
