The article is dedicated to an overview of various categories
of analytical centers in Kyrgyzstan. The author describes the history of the
development of the analytical industry in the republic over the past three
decades (1993–2023), notes the role of NGOs in the life of the state. Some
features of each of the categories of analytical centers are emphasized, as well
as their dependence on external funding.
