The review analyzes the nature of socio-political transformations
in the Russian Federation over 30 years, in the context of carrying out of
SMO in Ukraine. The priorities of geopolitics and geo-economics of Russia
and Kazakhstan are considered. Considerable attention is paid to the concept
of Eurasianism. The data of the sociological monitoring “How do you live,
Russia?” about the attitude of the population to the domestic policy of the Russian
state and the priorities of foreign policy are given.
